„Netviewer” is a program that enables remote access to the computers of Bedag customers. Provided that the customer agrees, our support staff can track processes on their computer using Netviewer to support the customer online, and if necessary, and desired, they can intervene directly.

Such a remote maintenance session can only be initiated by the customer. To do this they run „Netviewer Client” after agreement with our engineers, and follow the instructions of the engineer. The connection is secure. Only the client and our staff have access to the active session and content of the computer. Access lasts only as long as the duration of the session.

The operating systems supported are Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional and Windows Vista and Mac OS X.
